Lowell has
always kept up a good attitude when he has worked. He is very admirable. He is going through a tough battle with
cancer. Despite what he is going through
he still does his job with a smile. He
can make everyone at my lunch table laugh.
I think he would be the best choice for Ragan’s Wall.
