I couldn't even begin to tell you where to start.  She's my mom, and she's one of the most amazing people I've met.  Her community involvement not only to PLHS but the Prior Lake community is huge.  In regards to PLHS, she is a member of the district ABC committee.  She is the gymnastics rep for the LABC.  She also organized the sports panoramic poster and campaign.  She is the treasurer of the PAA, and now currently mentors through the excel program.  Outside of PLHS she is a Bravo teacher at JP, runs the oratorical contest through the optimist club, and runs Laker Idol for Lakefront days.  She is also known for her volunteering.  My mom is known for her passion, caring, and thoughtfulness.  She is known as an "above and beyond" individual.  My mom is visionary, supportive, optimistic, community-focused, humorous, and she carries a "can-do" attitude.  My mom is one of the happiest people I know, even with her struggles.  She has an attitude of "I can do anything."

She works hard and always does her best.  Her greatest accomplishments are raising 3 kids, battling cancer, bettering the community, and still finding time for herself.  I nominated my mom because I admire her.  She fights for what she believes in, dedicates her life to helping others, is happy with her life, and leaves her own path.  My mom is an amazing woman who devotes most of her time to improving lives, and bettering PLHS and our community.  She is an amazing role model who deserves to be recognized.
